We Can!™ (Ways to Enhance Children’s Activity & Nutrition) is a national education program from the National Institutes of Health that brings kids, parents, schools, and communities together to help youth maintain a healthy weight.

As We Can! Partners, SUBWAY® restaurants , subwaykids.com™ and Scholastic are reaching out to thousands of teachers and parents and providing We Can! resources and activities to help empower youth, families, schools, and communities to adopt healthy behaviors and a We Can! attitude.

• Poster: You Are What You Eat — an important daily reminder of GO, SLOW, and WHOA foods, to help kids learn to make healthier food choices.
• Reproducible Activities for students to do at school and take home that focus on the three tenets of We Can!: healthy eating, physical activity, and reduced screen time.
• Reproducible Send Home Sheets for Parents: helpful strategies and resources for the whole family.
