Scholastic Assessment Programs
Fluency Formula Assessment System
(Grades 1-6)
The National Reading Panel recommends that fluency be assessed formally on a regular basis. Many states and districts now require Oral Fluency Assessments (OFAs) as a measure of adequate yearly progress. Scholastic's Fluency Formula Assessment System allows you to meet these requirements with confidence and ease.

Scholastic Reading Counts (Grades 3-12)
The reading motivation program that turns students into avid readers, tests their comprehension, and tracks their progress. Students read books (more than 30,000 titles are supported) and then test their comprehension with a computer-based quiz.

Scholastic Reading Inventory
With SRI you can determine each student's reading level at any time, and measure reading growth throughout the year. Clear, actiobale reports make it easy to track progress and identify needs. Only SRI matches students to appropriate books that fit their abilities and interests.
