Myla Goldberg is the author of the bestselling Bee Season, a New York Times Notable Book.  Her children's book debut is Catching the Moon, which Kirkus Reviews called "a shining winner" in a starred review.   Myla has traveled extensively, speaking to a wide array of audiences, from preschoolers to adults. 

During her presentations, Myla will give a reading and then talk about how she became a writer.  She talks to her audience about life of a writer, how they work, where they get their ideas, and how a story becomes a book.  This is followed by a question-and-answer session.
