By Jim ArnoskyJim Arnosky has written and illustrated nearly 100 books about wildlife and nature for children. He has received numerous honors for his work, including the American Association for the Advancement of Science Lifetime Achievement Award for excellence in science illustration. Jim shares with children his fascination with the natural world. He can make the most common squirrel as interesting to children as the menacing alligator. Jim draws pictures as he talks. He plays the guitar as well.
Jim will speak to any size group, although small groups have a better chance of seeing how his drawings take shape. He will give three 1-hour presentations. He sings with his guitar, draws a few pictures and talks about his books relating to the wildlife adventures he has had.
