Sixteen teachers at Jackson Middle School in Orlando, Florida, recently received pink slips giving notice that they would no longer have jobs. Money from the Economic Recovery Act has been used to save their jobs, as well as other teaching jobs around the nation, announced Vice President Joe Biden.
