Giving

By Bryna Watkins and Valeta Pafford

The winter season is associated with gifts of all sorts. We thought it might be a good time to emphasize those gifts that are not purchased, but rather come from the heart. Children learn that they can be gift givers without spending money.

OBJECTIVE

Students Will:

  1. Make a fanciful wish for a loved one (Lesson one).
  2. Make hand-made presents such as the stepping-stones for the school garden (Lesson Two).
  3. Learn a gift of time (Lesson Three).
