Crinkle, Crumple, Fold, or Smooth

If you have extra bits of wrapping paper left over from holidays, or packing materials like Styrofoam, or tissue paper, gather a bunch and let your baby play with it, experimenting with cause and effect (“If you rip this, does it stay apart or go back together?”), or exploring what happens when you crumple or try to smooth out different kinds of paper.
