Flower-Part Printing

Make teaching your toddler about the basic parts of a flower — such as its stem, leaves, and petals — interactive and fun with some paper, tempera paint, and an easy printing activity. Gather up some flowers, leaves, and stems; pour small amounts of paint on paper plates; and show your child how to dip and print.
