Multiple Choice Questions

To encourage your preschooler to work on processing information in his head ask her multiple-choice or open-ended questions. For example, “when you take a bath, do you like to play with your boat, eat pie, or read a book?” The idea is to get him to mull the choices — and for you to see how his thought process is humming along.
