A Sense of Touch

Take a cloth bag or pillow case and fill it with various items your child would instantly recognize by sight, like a spoon, a familiar toy, or a hairbrush. Without allowing your child to look into the bag, have him reach inside and feel for one item. See what he guesses it is before he pulls it out and finds out if he was right or wrong.
