Happy Holidays!

Hello everyone! Just wanted to take this time to thank you all for your support and comments! I hope everyone is having a great holiday season and a fabulous winter break! While you are out visiting family or other relatives here is one quick tip!

While you are out and about visiting family in some exotic or different place, pick up some postcards and address them to your students. Send them a holiday greeting, a reminder for upcoming calendar events, or an encouraging note for their continued reading practice. If postage is a financial problem or you don't have a list of students' addresses, don't worry! Giving them the postcards on their first day back is also a great treat and a fabulous springboard into a first day back activity: create your own postcard from the place you visited while you were on break!

Let me know how it turns out!
Happy Holidays!
